As the 39th Edition of CINANIMA ended, it is now time to give the chance to all of those who were not able to visit us from the 9th to the 15th November, or those who want to review the program. It is for the Festival, a huge honor to be able to reach so many parts of the country. Thus, Culturgest, in Lisbon, will screen the Awarded Films, this Sunday, the 6th, and Teatro Ensaio, in Porto, will screen the same program on the 19th.

CINANIMA JUNIOR goes on along with sponsors that prestige it
We are delighted to announce the official launch of CINANIMA JUNIOR 2015’s Program, specially prepared for Schools, with programs for different levels of education: Pre and Primary schools and Junior High Schools; and High Schools.
This initiative is the responsibility of the Education of CINANIMA Service, and this year has a wider range of sponsors and partners of which we highlight the Manuel António da Mota Foundation as patron and as Official Partners: DGE – Direcção Geral de Educação, PNC – Plano Nacional de Cinema and Cinemateca Junior.

Educational Department promotes training in animated cinema in Vimioso
In partnership with Associartecine, in Vimioso, the Educational Department of CINANIMA will be leading a Course of Training Trainers in Animation during the 11th, 12th and 13th of December. On the last day, we will be screening a session specially dedicated to families, whose films are integrated on the Children’s Program of CINANIMA JÚNIOR.
CINANIMA will be at COMIC CON
This Saturday, April the 5th, at 03:00 P.M., CINANIMA will be at Comic Con in the Auditorium C on the Hall 3, screening two short films: “Soot” by Vasco Sá and David Doutel – Winner of AWARD CINANIMA 2014 and with “Amelia and Duarte” by Alice Guimarães and Mónica Santos – Winner of the Antonio Gaio Award in 2015. In addition to the screnning of the films, there will be time for dialogue with the filmmakers of the films mentioned above and also about their new projects.
